We’re finally putting the whole chaturanga flow together! I’ll give a couple variations so feel free to try them all and as always, choose the one that makes the most sense for your body in the moment! There are days where I’ll do the full flow, come onto my knees, or skip it altogether. Make sure it feels good in your body because if it doesn’t feel good, why are we doing it?
